The entity that owns the units and the entity that manages the units share ownership. Hence, tenants deal directly with the owners / property managers that take pride in ownership of high-quality dwellings. RAM maintains its units in very good condition and works actively with tenants to maintain a “good living experience”. RAM hopes that its tenants would also take pride in “maintaining their home well”.

RAM typically prefers to sign one-to-two year leases with its tenants (depending on legal requirements) with easy renewal options. Most of the units owned by RAM tend to be condominium units with a configuration of 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms. But other types of units are also available. Most of our apartments tend to be in complexes which boast of high-quality amenities for our tenants to enjoy. Swimming pools, gyms and other facilities are available within or close to the complexes.

RealTMOR is an international real estate holding company which owns and manages RESIDENTIAL real estate assets. RAM is fundamentally a cross between a Family Investing Office and a Residential REIT with a focus on optimizing rental yield as well as creating capital gains. The Company proudly operates in 2 continents and 3 countries which are USA, India and the Philippines. RAM operates in 4 US states and in 1 Indian state. RAM owns and manages over 15 properties in multiple locations globally. RAMs assets tend to be located in major global business centers (NYC or Mumbai) or important regional centers (Manila, Tampa FL, Phoenix AZ or Las Vegas NV).
Proven and innovative strategy of real estate investing, allows smaller family offices and HNIs to balance their risks and return. Investment focus on attractive single assets, with strong income generation potential and capital gains, in USA, India and the Philippines. Additionally, the use of correlated real estate assets globally optimizes returns and manages risk. Focus on creating a “risk-adjusted” portfolio which generates optimal returns, employs correlation strategies for real estate cycle management and defensive strategies for diversification. Novel approach in creation of a portfolio designed to outperform the US real estate market during its bear cycle (potential for positive returns) while being in tandem or demonstrate some out-performance during the bull cycle.
High Net-Worth Investors (HNIs) with assets between $1mm to $10mm would find these risk management methods attractive and opportune. This strategy provides an opportunity for HNIs to optimize traditional risks that are inherent in their real estate portfolios. This unique strategy provides a stable, non-derivative based “hedge-like” strategy to manage downside risk.
Asset procurement is driven by significant research and analysis in terms of macro and micro trends of the market in question.The primary goal is to optimize an attractive annual yield but focus is also on creating opportunities for capital gains while managing risk (“risk-adjusted returns”) to ensure capital protection during a down-cycle.
This is done by focusing on major metro areas, cities and locations with attractive business / population dynamics and favorable price trends. The Fund seeks to generate returns by combining the attractive dynamics of highly mature and stable markets such as USA with the growth potential of high growth markets such as India and the Philippines.
RAM generates cost and time efficiencies by working with multiple service providers and vendors on a contract basis to manage its assets. RAM seeks to develop long term relationships with preferred service providers. Thus, RAM seeks to optimize the service received due to the scale that it tries to achieve in various markets.
In the US, RAM operates through RealTMOR Asset Mgmt LLC which both owns and manages the assets.
In India and the Philippines, RAM operates through RealTMOR Apartment Mgmt LLP which manages the assets.
High Quality Equity Investments- Thrust of the Investment Strategy
Equity investments are focused primarily on US Equity markets with a smaller exposure to India equity markets. The main philosophy for the equity investments is to generate capital gains and dividend returns which track the high-quality indices like the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nasdaq 100, the S&P 500, the Russell 2000, the Nifty 50 or the BSE Sensex. A blended return of these various indices as a “desired or objective return” would potentially create an “optimal portfolio” with a desirable risk-reward profile and a higher reward potential than individual indices.
The risk-reward investment thesis is closely followed while making equity investments. The thrust of the investment strategy is to own high-quality assets which generate adequate returns without taking undue risks (matching or beating returns of the major indices on an annual basis). The returns are optimized by seeking to beat standard market returns by use of high-quality stocks (with higher Betas than the indices) which could outperform the indices while managing risks. This way, there is a stock-picking component coupled with a market mimicking component to the equity strategy.
Owning high quality stocks with an aggressive or defensive posture, vis a vis the indices, in addition to the index mimicking instruments allows the portfolio some benefits during both bullish and bearish markets. Thus, providing a potential to generate higher returns than the indices during “up markets” while trying to limit downside during “down markets”. The model portfolio could be adjusted from time to time by using higher ratio of high-quality stocks in relation to indices, changing leverage, adding levered asset ETFs, using minor derivative strategies without severely diverging from a reasonable the risk reward scenario. Increasing exposure to debt or reducing holdings of fixed income assets, effectively, helps in managing leverage and associated risks.
The main focus /thrust of the strategy is to mimic the indices and not deviate too far away from the “basic, well diversified portfolio” and remain on the “efficient investment frontier”! The goal is to mimic the returns of the larger indices with a bias or risk-bent towards an upside.

Zubin R Mory
Zubin has over 25 years of experience in the Finance and Real Estate Space and has served on various Board of Directors, throughout his career. Zubin was a healthcare and technology investment banker in New York for around 12 years. Zubin worked with various Wall Street firms such as DLJ Securities Corp, CSFB, Banc of America Securities, Oppenheimer & Co and Roth Capital Partners. RAM was set up in 2011 to create a high value added residential real estate firm. RAM creates value by procuring assets after careful research and due diligence and managing assets in an optimal fashion. Zubin got his MBA from University of Michigan (Ross School of Business) and graduated with distinction. Zubin got his under graduate degree (MBBS) from University of Mumbai. Zubin had served on the Board of the Waterview Condominium in Aventura FL in 2021. Zubin serves on the Board of Loma Linda Condominium in Phoenix AZ since 2023.
